Angry Buyers…
With all the bad inventory in the Gta’s market, buyers are getting mad on their agents. Is this right? I don’t think so, but apperntly if your agent can’t find you a home it is the agents fault. People have to think before they accuse other people, they have to ask themselves as a buyer,”am I too picky” ? Are the houses over priced or if there is no good inventory available. Before blaming your agent ask yourself all those questions. Real estate agents are there to help you purchase the biggest investment of your life, they want to be referred again and again (well some just want to make a quick buck) but most of them will work for your best interest. So before you start screaming at your agent, sit down with him or her and talk about the market and why it is what it is.

Nowadays the most of the customers have unrealistic expectations and they think that they would be fulfilled easily by the agent
Great site, the buyers are a bit too picky for todays market, what can we do about this?
buyers are buyers, can’t change them, you can only educate them
Thanks for the great update, got a good blog going here, keep the updates coming.

Just now I went through your entire post. Its indeed a wonderful post that have provided with me with useful information about many new things.
We have the same issue in the Dallas market. There are some buyers that think they are owed the world and nothing that they can afford will please them. Everytime you try to tell them something, they basically tell you you know nothing! Good luck to them because I am going to work with somebody who appreciates me and what I do!
Great Posts, keep them coming, I want to be informed…
Thanks Again
The unrealistic expectations of home buyers are particularly severe in the current real estate market. In San Diego home buyers are out in force to take advantage of the discounts on foreclosures and short sale properties. These distressed properties are generally in below-average condition, so the bargains aren’t necessarily bargains to begin with. The best properties attract multiple bids, and generally sell above asking price, which most of today’s buyers do not expect when they first start shopping for a home. Add to that the fact that inventories are very low… In San Diego there are now fewer than 6,000 homes for sale, compared to more than 20,000 in August 2007. There just aren’t a lot of choices, and the buyers need to be educated about market realities.
I am so impressed I had to save it so I continously go back and read things I may have skimmed
The buyers are very research oriented now before buying any new home.
